1.    Tarot Cards. These cards are divided into two special decks: The Major Arcana (22 cards), which tells your full life story, including birth, marriage, love, and even death. Clairvoyants use these cards to generally predict or map out your life's path as well as significant events. The second deck, called the Minor Arcana, contains four suits: The Suit of Wands, The Suit of Cups, The Suit of Swords and The Suit of Pentacles. Each suit contains 14 cards each. Each card in both decks represents an emotion, virtue, people and circumstances.
2.    Runes. Celtics passed the knowledge and the use of runes for divination from generation to generation. Runes are an ancient alphabet engraved on stones, which are then placed in a bag or a cap. These stones are then either cast or picked from the bag. The number of stones cast can range from one (for simple, quick reading or to find out the answer to a question) to three or even nine (for more complicated readings).
3.    Crystal Balls. This method stems from ancient Greece, when people would stare into pools of water to seek answers. Crystal balls enhance energy and enable clairvoyants to talk to spirits. Visions and images often appear in the balls to help fortune tellers predict the future.
