How Clairvoyants Can Develop Their Abilities Published on Sunday, 25 April 2010 Clairvoyants are given with such a unique gift. However, this gift has to be developed to make it stronger. The key really is on developing their ability to concentrate and to visualize. This is more often than not easier said than done so you need to learn and really master the tricks of meditation. Before doing so much, you can start by learning to breathe through the nose. While doing so, concentrate on each part of your body and focus on relaxing too. If you lose your focus, try to concentrate some more on your breathing and relaxation. Remember that it is only by learning how to quiet the mind will you be able to have an opportunity to receive the messages your powers are capable of getting. It would help if you take meditation as a spiritual exercise. You should find a spot where you will not be interrupted. You should also setup some candles and incense to create the right mood. You should sit comfortably to be able to relax. You should also sit you're your back straight and close your eyes to enable better meditation. If you achieve true relaxation you should concentrate on the area between the eyebrows as this is where the third eye is. When the clairvoyant activity happens, you will experience a tingling sensation in this area. As your concentration becomes stronger you should push your abilities further by imagining flowers in this area. Imagine its colors, its beauty and even its aroma. This is very important as only by practicing can clairvoyants like you strengthen your abilities.
